    It means it's not a smartbox -- you just get one of the items in the list. Most of the items in the list are female-only or male-only. If you happen to get the dyeable pixie costume, that one is a smartbox.

    Basically, it's a really weird box. You're buying 20 strongbox keys + a random prize.

    Extremely confusing sentence structure aside, that's another problem: massive disconnect within the playerbase. You try to relay a message through, say, the in-game chat (pick which one), and there's a strong chance you'll get meme'd to high hell. Amazingly, many of the people in-game have a lot of the same complaints that we voice here on the forums (such as the UI/hotbar rework).

    So it's like people do, in fact, care enough to say something, just not in a capacity or format where the people who can fix whatever problems there are can see it. Suggest bringing up any of the alternate methods of communication - forums, Twitter, Reddit, etc - and you either get rebuffed for it or are asked a question you can't answer ("Why can't the GMs tell us with a system message!?").

    And, of course, there are those with a hilariously disposable income and no principles. :confused:
