Super Bad Frame Drops

Ever since the new patch came out I get 15-20 fps in battlegrounds and dungeons when I usually get 70-80. Is it the new ui? What is making me get such low frames. Ping has also jumped at least 50 ms. Sitting around 115 instead of my usual 60-70.

    Basically. The game can only access up to a certain amount of RAM - 4Gb I think, so BHS's response? More, flashier, and more memory-intensive animations and effects... because making the problem worse will fix it. Korean developer logic....
