    Most likely only the 50 states in USA. No territories as far as I've seen.

    US only. Some states aren't included, I think its 3 or 4 states that have laws that don't allow this.

    EME publishes Kritika and Closers for EU as well, and the contest includes Kritika and Closers... I tried to get "terms&conditions " in constest page but it only gave me a brief statement that it's not affliated with Facebook or Instagram. Can we get some explaination?
