Broker sales

After selling my goods via the broker, I couldn't collect full selling price, which was also my asking price. Is this the way the broker is working?

Did you sell the item via negotiations or did the item sell when you were offline?
If the first: You might have sold it for 880g despite it being listed for 1,000g because the person lowballed offered you and you accidentally accepted their offer.
If the 2nd: The "buy now" option may have been 1,000g for the item but the "negotiate price" on your item may have been 880g. Meaning The buy now/offline tax went to the system and you got the list price of 880g.

  • To make it more specific, my goods were sold for 1000 gold, but I could only collect around 880 gold. Where did the other gold go?
  • broker tax it goes to cu winners

Did you list them for 880 gold? In that case that's how much you will earn. The tax people pay when you're offline is a gold sink.

Nope, I listed them for 1000 gold. When I tried to collect them money after the sale, the amount was 880 gold.
  • If you are not elite, that's the broker fee i guess.
  • I know that if you're not elite it takes some kind of enlistment fee from you, so that could possibly be it.

Broker fees are charged to you in the moment you list your item, not after you sold it. You should send a support ticket and ask about this issue.

Maybe I actually was listing them for 880 gold but I didn't remember correctly. Anyway, I'll pay attention next time and submit a ticket if the problem does exist.

    Thanks for your reply.

It was sold when I was offline. It might be the case that I didn't remember my asking price correctly. I thought I was selling it for 1000 but maybe I wasn't.

I think the only time you don't get the "full amount" of what you sold an item for is if a person offers MORE than what you had an item listed for then the game will take 5% (I think it's 5% or maybe it was 15% don't remember exactly) away from the additional amount they offered. For example, if I have an item listed at 100k and someone offers me 120k for it, then I would only get 119k instead of 120k (if that 5% number I listed was correctly remembered).
