Brawler Reward Costumes--Account Bound? Tradeable?

According to the announcement tera.enmasse.com/news/posts/levelup-with-buddyup newly levelled brawlers will get some "elin only costumes." Will those be soulbound? Account Bound? Fully tradeable? Only wearable by "Elin Brawlers"? (I have heard that the costume that came with the Elin Gunner release was "Elin Gunner" only).

I have a low-level human brawler and would prefer to send the costume over to my Reaper or Ninja.

    They are likely going to be soulbound and time-limited.

    Usually, whatever you get from a leveling event based on a new class/race combination is bind on equip. Most of the times the outfit can't be worn by other race/class combos either, as was the case with both gunner leveling events which gave the so called "will suits" and the Ninja event that gave the Kunoichi robe. I saw a pic of what we will most likely be getting on another thread and looks appropriate to the class. But yeah, most likely it will be elin brawler only.

    Now, if you can give buddy up codes to others, if the reach 65, at least the current buddy up system grants a smart box with a permanent outfit that can be used by any race and gender. Last time I did that I got the gown/tuxedo box. Not sure if the upcoming buddy up revamp will include an outfit at the end, though.
