Conflate Gear Changes
It's pretty stupid that this sets weapon is weaker than Starfall in PvP and many would thing to allow it to be +15 as a way to fix this, I think En Masse would have a hard time getting BHS to let them do that, however there are simple changes that can be done to make things a lot better.
For example there are a large number of Weapon passives in this game, not being used and Conflate doesn't have one, it'd be pretty cool if Conflate had rerollable passives, or at least had one.
The other thing is the lack of rolls, Starfall has 4 rolls and Conflate has only 3. Any chance we can get 4? You can hardly call it a high tier gear when it has no passive and only 3 rolls.
