last day to log in to claim character slots?

I have no access to pc or laptop untill december and I was wondering when's the last day I could log in to receive it? It is the same time as the level up event (December 11th)?

    Last day is this coming Tuesday (the 20th), so unfortunately you won't be able get the free slot unless you find some other way to login.

    I've been looking for mine, but it doesn't seem to be there. No mail or item claim...do I need to enter a code?

    EDIT: nvm, found it :D Been away from game awhile, didn't think to look in the "social" tab for parcel post.
