LVL 30, 40, 50 ... rewards not recieved

I recieved rewards normally with my brawler ( rewards lvl 20, 30 and 40), but i didnt recieved to my valkyrie lvl58 (only revieved lvl 20 reward), can someone help me?

    Edit1: I didnt leveled up another valkyrie, i only have these 2 characters, but i only recieved rewards on my brawler

    Lady Tanly rewards are only for Elin Brawler characters. You get some of the rewards with other classes/races (like lvl 20), but most are exclusive to Elin Brawler since they're elin only costumes.
