Arx Umbra Freeze bug - Xbox
OK, every single time i go to Arx Umbra and go anywhere near the dungeons by game freezes. The main problem is, is that i freeze every single time i log back in so im stuck an can not move from where i am. I had the same problem a few days ago but managed to get out of it, as it gave me about half a second to move away from the dungeons every time i logged in (took about 50 restarts). But this time im not even getting that chance, so im stuck in a forever loop of freezes.

The official recommendation is to submit a support ticket.
Personally, I was able to get my character unstuck by logging into a working character first, then going to the switch character screen. I selected my frozen character and as soon as that icon began moving, and the load screen was coming up, I PULLED BACK on my left joystick and held it there until after that character was fully loaded, and she immediately began running back, away from the bridge, which broke the game freeze. I don't plan to go anywhere near there again, until the issue is fixed. Give what I did a try. It may or may not work for you, but if it does not, then submit a support ticket and they should be able to help you.
