Reaper - stormcry set info
Hi, i hope it’s the right section.
I play on ps4 and i’m new in The game.
I read some guides on The reaper and all say that The best set to use for pvp is the “stormcry set” that is obtained from The “guardian set”
however, to get the guardian set I just complete the quest "fresh arms, and legs" or I have to complete all the story quests of "for the federation"?
if I sold the guardian set can I buy it back? if yes where?
once I got the guardian set it is not clear to me how to "transform" it in the following sets up to the "stormcry".
sorry for the trivial questions and thank you very much to everyone!

We do not have Guardian or Stormcry on console yet.The quest "Fresh Arms and Legs" will reward you with Idoneal armor. From there you will want to do the 3 dungeons or Echoes of Aranea to obtain your Guile set. After obtaining and enchanting that, you'll run the 417 dungeons for your Misery set, and then the 423s for your Deathwrack set. You can get Idoneal back from the Vanguard Quartermaster upon selling it, but once you have Guile you won't need it. And we don't have gear conversion yet.
TL'DR Console doesn't have Guardian or Stormcry. We have Idoneal<Guile<Misery<Deathwrack.
So what is the crafting role?
what is it for?
thank you!!
On gear revamp, you will need to level Weaponsmithing to make Gold darics/plates and Armourcrafting (on an alt) for silver silgaos/Plates and Alchemy (on another alt) for gems like Emeralds/Diamonds to enchant higher end gear.

Yes but I don’t know what the gear revamp is or how it works.
another question, to bring the equipment from +12 to +15 I always have to do the "enchant reset" and use the masterwork scrolls?
I understand that I miss many steps of the game
To +15 gear, take your +12 AMBUSH or DEATHWRACK (no other gear obtainable works) to the Workshop in Habere (at the back with a teleportal), talk to the NPC there and bring ALOT of Feedstock and Masterwork/Premium/Rare alk and prepare to cry alot
joking apart, thank you very much for your answers and your patience.
I will try to do everything you have recommended to me
do you know how to get interhold tokens?
The designs and materials for the higher level weapons and armor are dropped in some of the higher level dungeons. I don't know the exact dungeons for which drops what, but you can see some of the potential drops by going through the "Instance Matching" menu and looking at the details for each dungeon, and the Vanguard rewards menu for each dungeon.
You can also buy designs and materials through the Trade Broker. Some individual materials cannot be traded/sold directly, so you would have to buy the chests that drop those materials, but it takes buying a LOT of those chests to get the right numbers of materials to eventually drop for you.
When I am farming for Interhold tokens, I do daily Vanguards for Celestial Arena, Baracos' Trial, Akasha's Trial, and the mid-tier BAMs on Island of Dawn. If you check the daily Vanguard rewards menu, you can see which ones you receive the greatest number for, then figure out which ones fit best with your schedule. Personally, if I don't have a lot of time, I will do two runs each of Celestial Arena and Baracos' Trial (four runs total), then use an Instance Reset Scroll and do those twice each again, which gives me a total of eight runs, so I receive the individual rewards for the runs, plus I get the daily rewards for completing 3 and 8 daily Vanguard rewards. Of course, you can do Celestial Arena, Baracos' Trial, Akasha's Trial, and mid-tier BAMs on Island of Dawn (all two times each) without having to use a reset scroll, and that will give you the 3 and 8 daily rewards. It just takes me "personally" a little longer to do it that way. If you are also interested in trying to farm for Fashion Coupons, then the BAMs on Island of Dawn (regardless of low, mid, or high-tier level) give the best drop rates for those.
> hi guys, for the 427/435/443 weapons are taken only by the dungeons? right?
> do you know how to get interhold tokens?
Misery drops in Bathysmal Rise and Velik's Hold (Normal).
Deathwrack materials for crafting can be farmed from Velik's Hold (Normal), Velik's Hold (Hard), Velik's Sanctuary (Normal), and Akeron's Inferno (Hard).
Deathwrack designs as well as fully crafted Deathwrack boots, gloves, and chest can also drop from Velik's Hold (Hard), Velik's Sanctuary (Normal), and Akeron's Inferno (Hard).
Deathwrack weapon, chest, glove, and boot crates can also drop from the Rally BAMs.
I have seen people mention "Rally BAMs". How do we find those? How do they work? Someone mentioned guilds. Are they just a thing that guilds can do, or can regular players fight them, too? If they drop crates, does everyone get one, or are there a bunch of people there and only one person gets it?
Imho the new gearing system was one of the biggest mistake that devs made on the last few years on Tera..
It actually started very "ok and fair" back on RKE patch when SC+9 was BIS and a mid-tier frost metal set was very relevant, but they did a HORRIBLE mistake and keep adding new impossible grindy gear and increasing iLVL req for new dungeons (i.e: turning lower tier gear obsolete) each 6 months while the enchantement cost from the previous gear stayed the same.
By mid Apex 2/fishing patch the amount of grinding on this game increased by like a factor of 10x and i'm not kidding, every new revamp/system they did on the game since gear revamp turned to be a HUGE time sink (i.e: gear exp and countless hours converting mats are a prime example) and tbh i think the current BIS gear (HO+3) is realistic attainable only by whales/full p2w players..
On the other hand imho it was a joke to reach Deathwreck+15 on VSMH patch (esp on PC where spacecats gave VM9 key mats on VHNM!), heck you guys can literally get BIS jewellery just farming tokens on IOD, let's not even compare that to the huge pain in the @#$ that is the upgrade from SC to ethereal jewellery where we need to farm for months just to reach that insane ~160K gear exp gap just to get a measly 2x sucess chance!
So yeah, just enjoy while it last and prob by late 2019 or 2020 a LOT of players will drop Tera on console cuz how grindy it'll became, lol just look at the trend since they added Heroic gear back on April~May/2018: https://steamcharts.com/app/323370

Rally BAMs spawn once a day, everyday except Saturday. There is a pop up on screen similar to when someone wins a loot box item detailing the location usually 10-15 minutes prior. I am not sure if it requires a guild, but there is a guild quest every time one spawns. Top 5 groups get gold rewards and I believe everyone has a chance to roll on a crate if it drops. The most I've seen is 2 crates from a Rally BAM and sometimes no crates drop.
Here is a guide for the times:

Thanks a lot for the information. From @Sarumonin's video, it "sounds like" only people who play in guilds may have a shot at the prizes, but it is worth trying to show up at least once, just to see if other Tera players can compete too. It actually looks like FUN, if everyone can play!
If it turns out that only people who play in guilds can compete, do you know of any other Tera events where regular players can compete for Deathwrack crate drops? I know about the dungeons for materials, but I mean the fully crafted Deathwrack crates, like drop in this event.
