We can't really tell this until we get the patch. There's a significant difference in KTERA because of the talent systems - certain classes will be weaker here without it, so any DPS "tier" lists from KTERA probably wouldn't be accurate.

Only equivalent comparison would be if someone currently plays on JTERA and actually knows how classes perform in BiS at endgame, since they don't have the talent system either.

Right now it's a little hard to tell, in general archers might get on the same level as slayers, the problem is that we don't have the talent system, so these changes might not have the same impact here. Ninja, brawler, gunner and reaper will stay as top tier classes, that's for sure.
  • ok thx. what about predictions, can anyone make their own prediction list here?

Even if u can make a list, i believe the gap is not going to be too big between classes, and what's going to matter the most is at what lvl of skill can u take your class
  • I want to roll a male race but not waste time leveling something that will disappoint at the end. I'm trying to decide between archer and berserker.

Difference between Ninja and -old classes- will still be about 50%. I don't know about you, but having an extra half warm body is pretty significant.

which [DPS] class will rank from top to bottom tier at next month's patch?

    top:
    Ninja
    Reaper
    Gunner
    Archer

    mid:
    Slayer

    bottom:
    Sorcerer
    Berserker
    Warrior
  • Top:
The most geared and skilled player.

    Mid:
The not so much geared nor skilled.

    Bottom:
The weekend players with basic set.

I know what you mean, "the same gear, the same level of player", but as they said, quite hard to think about without it being deployed, since we have no talent system, but I think Ninjas would continue to be highest DPS, followed by reapers. The others will depend much on who's playing.
