Max crit to be aiming for as archer?

Rocking non-enchanted Twistshard gear, basically I want to have 100% crit rate for Radiant Arrow at least. Currently I have 60+141 and as solo I still see white numbers sometimes against BAMs on Island of Dawn, what's the sweetspot I need to be aiming for?

    I would suggest shooting for 250, make up the diff using keen etching on arm or wep with an energetic, drop keen acc crystals when partied with a mystic or use food to add 20 crit, this should get you close, the enchantment scrolls might not be optimal but its cheaper than inners and can be acquired from grinding bams.
    OR
    go full power everything use essence crystals all over the place combine with keening dawn, murder everything.

    Is it safe to put etchings on my weapon and armor now? It won't be lost if I upgrade or anything would it?

    You lose etches after upgrading, so I wouldn't put anything past etch3 on your gear if not Storm or Heroic. The etchings you get from Isle of Dawn are easy enough to get though so should probably get at least etch2 on your weapon and gloves for now and ignore armor if you want. Get etch2 from Teralith, Fimbrilisk, and Fangspawn Isle of Dawn vanguard quests
