MINI MAP GLITCH

Someone please tell me there is a fix for this? Its happening to often and I cant seem to fix it.

    Its a known bug, EME are aware.

    WORKAROUND - simply remove the quests from the on screen tracker (ie, on xbox by pressing the menu key, then B, then clicking down on the right stick), then go back into a town/village or switch channel (you need to force the map to reload), and your marker will re-appear, and the map will unfreeze. However, the quest markers will be gone. You can then go to your quest log in the menus and press Y (on xbox) to re-add the quests. You will then notice that the buggy quest marker that causes the player marker to disappear will be gone from the map, so you will just need to look around for whatever it is you need.

    Actually I tried that before I signed up here, no luck. It looks like they have known about it for awhile and done nothing.
