What's this new compliment system?

Started playing TERA less than a month ago. I'm the only one in my guild who has seen this. I've got it about 10/15 times now. This window started popping in dungeons above level 65. Has anyone else encountered this? Have you gotten compliments? How do I know if I get one?
I play as a priest if that helps somehow.

    Guess works only for a few days. For returning players only. I just ignore it, never got any kind of rewards. So guess it just a friendly feature

    It gives players who have an account older than 30 days and are "skilled" (5 clears) in specific 431-439 dungeon bonus rewards when they clear with a person of opposite status (new less than 30 days old account and not skilled in dungeon), which are quite good actually. If only it was implemented for all dungeons

    It's better implemented in EU. I'm pretty sure it's for any dungeon and is entirely based on skilled vs. unskilled (no 30 day thing). Plus you can get it multiple times in one dungeon. ie: if one skilled person clears VH with 6 unskilled people, they can get 6 sets of rewards for it.

    @TJKat Who gets the reward? The skilled person or all those unskilled persons? It sounds great! But I don't think I've ever gotten any rewards. At least no special box saying rewards and stuff. I've run both as an unskilled and skilled person while getting this pop up.

    The skilled person. It supposed to encourage experienced people to take new people through dungeons and teach them.
