Timescape (normal) entries does not reset by elite instance reset scroll.

I've wasted so many instances reset scroll thinking i am doing something wrong...
but it looks like there is a problem with the game ..
when i used reset scroll, it resets everything except Timescape isntance...
anyone else having same trouble?
