I have noticed that when i log in during CERTAIN time of the day, i cannot claim rewards for logging in.

I know that there is some problem with time zone and whatnot, but this bug has been around for pretty long time ...

is there any plan to fix this problem??

    Since it's been around for such a long time I doubt it's on their fix list.

    also from other threads on the same subject we are the only region with this problem apparently due to how the games clock is tied the gmt (or something) so they wont fix it just for us when the other regions arnt having this issue as well

    Above posts are right. It's an issue, and a damn annoying one (to me anyway). EME is aware and they filed it with BHS. BHS hasn't fixed it after nearly a year. And it only impacts our region because they are doing the right thing and using UTC time instead of local time.

    The workaround is: login before 5pm PDT or after 1am PDT each day. Which is dumb... but it is what it is until BHS finally figures out how timezones work.

    its really annoting becuase sometimes i actually miss on 6 day buff even though i would be logging in EVERYDAY !

    doesn't make sense..

    I doubt they have the ability to do that. That being said... in the grand scheme of things now, the 6-day buff doesn't matter much.
