@Rustigo - Yeah, I joined this official website and forum, because that is where MOST professional businesses consolidate and post important news that their customers would want to see. However, after joining, I kept seeing a lot of "Well, we posted it on Twitter" OR "Well, we posted it in Discord" OR "Well, we mentioned it in our Twitch broadcast". I ended up joining all of those other websites as well, but I just do not have time to go around to all of them, searching for different pieces of information about one video game.
@Sarumonin - This is a recommendation that I am asking you to forward to the EME staff. Please, ask everyone on staff to make a concerted effort to try to post important changes/updates/news about Tera to this official Tera website/forum. The "News & Announcements" section might be a good spot for that sort of thing. There is nothing wrong with also posting important information about the video game to other social media sites, but expecting customers to have to constantly search four or more separate websites (the Tera website/forum, Twitter, Discord, Twitch, and wherever else they hide individual pieces of information), in order to "piece together" all of the different information about important changes to, or important information about, a video game is just a bit much. Please, ask them to post any important information to their customers on this website, even if they have posted it to some other website. If they put out some piece of information about Tera on another website and don't think it will be important to many customers, once they see that some customers are asking about it on this forum, then they can just copy and paste the announcement they made somewhere else into this forum, so that other customers who may be wondering the same thing but haven't asked about it can have clarification. To be clear, this is not JUST about this one announcement. It is something that happens A LOT, and it is just becoming really frustrating.
You're right. I've spoken to the En Masse Community Team today, and moving forward there will be a bit more transparent communications. With that, I mean that news and announcements that are addressed or posted on the Official Discord, will also have a presence here.
I agree with posting the info here on the forums, even though it may it may be tedious to do so equally detailedly on several places.
Thank you very much.
