What happen to the support page?
Unable to see open tickets nor ticket history.


  • No idea I just saw it also.
  • I think they changed something. I have sent a ticket properly though the look was changed.

    The steps to continue on any Open / Unresolved Tickets from the Older System are located HERE.

    If you want a quick guide, here is what you need to know :

    If you've created any tickets using our old system and you wish to continue the discussion, you'll need to create a new support request. Please include the Ticket Number found in the subject line of your e-mail notification from the older Support Ticket that was submitted, and our Agents will be happy to pick up where the old Support Ticket left off.
