not sure if anyone is aware at eme, but hey you all upgraded the support ticket page, congrats, but you erased all the tickets from players on their accounts, i personally had an open ticket dealing with a routing issue, that i cant post an update on now thanks to you guys erasing all the current support ticket info. @BearShoes @KitTeaCup @counterpoint
