    with that cpu and no gpu, you would be lucky to get 30 as a high, you will be able to play the game, but it will be very low fps 0-15 avg i would say

    It shouldn't have a problem at all playing the game IF there was a GPU there. If very strapped for cash, I can confirm this game runs with a gtx 460. Because my laptop has a 460m (M meaning mobile, and that in itself means it's worse than a desktop 460) And with some tweaks here and there the game runs at decent rate a low, near mid settings. You can get a 460 on ebay for like 60 or less.

    My advice, run it at the lowest setting, or use recommended setting. Then use SweetFX.
