Can't Complete or reset quest Cultists' Conspiracy

Can't finish the Cultists' Conspiracy quest when trying to talk to Isla to finish it. All of the responses to her are blank. Tried re-login to see if it was a one off issues + tried to abandon but it won't let me. Just got to this quest after the emergency maintenance on 4/10. Anyone know how to get around this?

    Yes it is broken by the looks of it. the quest can not be abandoned either it was working before the roll back. it just shows as {}.

    Nope, I've tried creating new characters and the bug still persists.

    Submit a ticket is the only way I know. That's what I did and it took them about 24 hours to complete the quest for me while I was offline.

    I just got a response back from submitting a ticket and they did not complete the quest for me. They just said they're aware of the bug and that they have sent a report to the dev's who are still trying to fix the problem. So I guess we just wait it out lol.
