Returning Player - Founder Status is gone

I started playing Tera way back when you needed to buy the game + monthly subscription. I had a Founder account, and when I started playing again recently I believed I still did. I completely forgot what the benefits of being a founder even were, so I didn't notice until I tried to make a new character. My character limit is 2, when it should be 8 (or 9??). What do I do?

    Already did. I'm just hoping that since this concerns real money I actually spent, it will be prioritized.

    As founder, you should have the founder icon next to your Emporium button. You should have all bank tabs in your personal bank. You should have a special account mount (press K, tab Ride), which should be .. uhm .. some blue mount I think.

    There is a possibility that you may not have activated founder status. This is only activated upon putting in the founder code on the web page after Tera went F2P; still possible nowadays.
