    What should happen is that you press F to talk to the broker, then a dialog window will appear, and then the option to access the broker will be in that menu. You can also right-click on the broker to initiate the conversation.

    If that doesn't work, it may be that your UI needs to be reset. You can find the UI reset options in the settings menu.
