Arcane Barrage against ships in CS

Since the release of this stupid broken class, a gunner can 1 shot a ship with one arcane barrage. Do you think that is balanced? You need 3 shots from inner tank to take down south ship, I it took me weeks if not months of playing cs to learn how to position the tank to aim effectively and solo ss from it. A gunner can just sit there and shoot one AB and then 1 missles and its done.

    In CS this game favors the range classes!

    As a melee I barely get any kills in cs to begin with, and to top it off when you're about to kill someone and a sorc comes and kill steals :expressionless:

    When fighting a tank you get stepped on, while range isn't even scratched.

    When destroying gate you get rekt almost immediately.

    And like you said, range can destroy ships...

    When climbing inners sorc and gunners can hit you from below and above, especially gunners.

    Anything else I might be missing?

    destroying ships with arcane barrage is one of the funnest things ever don't take that away from me

    SS strats are cheesy and lame anyway

    I've been player for 3 years and play CS a lot and never once have I've seen any class hit SS other than gunner.

    i like to imagine the rage whenever i do that

    i've tested it with burning breath and i believe it reaches there as well. both these moves go up but no down.

    EDIT:

    i'd like to add leaves on the wind hits multiple times, but most of the ships i've hit with leaves on the wind are low on health. only gunner can get lucky enough to take a ship down so fast, due to possible ab resets/mana missles. NONE of the classes can one shot ships from 100-0 they must be at least half health, or two cannon shots.

    One should also see the context. It's not like you will have 3 gunners on inners (glad if you have 2 people at ladders at all). As said, no class can shoot a ship from 100 to 0. As soon as every gunner can shoot down SS in >66% alone, we should talk again.

    Ive seen an archer do it, with rain of arrows I think? May be mistaken, but he was the only one there and destroyed the ship right as it was about to enter inner :D

    Does that mean zerker can use tackle to hit it?,can slayers use distant blade? Can mystic and priest auto hit it?

    not sure about the first two, but a priest and mystic's auto can't hit it. mmmaybe glyphed but i don't think so. mostly because it's so slow moving, even if you hit where it's going to be
