65+ BAM loot ninja nerfed?

I remember it used to drop a lot of halidoms, relics, infusion fodders for HO gear continuously before, but now it seems they hardly drop even from killing mass amount of the BAMs? what was the point of ninja nerfing the loot from them? did you not notice that it takes ages to kill them? imagine playing a priest trying to solo these...

    The maintenance yesterday was simply to turn the Lockbox event on. Nothing was changed/nerfed in yesterday's maintenance.

    Fashion strongboxes don't seem to be dropping out in the world anymore, either. I don't remember seeing in the patch notes that they'd stop dropping, but stop they have.

    Well, the maintenance yesterday didn't contain any sort of nerf like this, ninja or otherwise. But, BAM loot tables did change at least in some areas with the v80 patch we got a few weeks ago. So depending on your comparison point, it might have changed.

    Yeah, this is one of the points that changed in the v80 patch -- things like strongboxes and fashion coupons don't tend to drop where they used to.

    It does seem a bit offputting, perhaps they plan to restructure the drop tables and needed more time to decide on what they wanted to do? (lol)

    Hey :) Any idea if EME is going to adjust the loot tables down the road? It would be nice to have something to tell people in global, because this issue is coming up a lot. Lets fact it, one of the first things new players want to know is how they can earn more fashion coupons.

    FWIW, I tried testing this, and wasn't able to get any to drop while killing at-level BAMs while leveling an alt either. That doesn't mean that it doesn't happen (it could be really rare, or it could be that it's only some BAMs and not others), but at least it doesn't look to me like a reliable way to get it.

    First two chars before the patch got coupons and boxes like mad. Last two characters after the patch have gotten nothing at all.

    I've been killing around level 40 (right level BAMs) and nothing yet.

    @Christin fashion coupons used to drop from amounts of 10 killing bams level 55 and higher. But something has been changed and now their drop rate is really low.

    @counterpoint Please relay to the powers that be that coupons and strongboxes dropping regularly were a GOOD thing. I can't see a good reason to nerf mostly cosmetic drops, unless their plan is to offer more costumes for cash in the store =/

    Yup, I know. The strongbox thing is particularly weird to me because they're having a strongbox jackpot event on right now, and the whole point of dropping them in the world is so that people will want to buy keys. If new players don't get boxes, why would they be enticed to buy keys...? (Why would anyone buy keys when the boxes run out?) So this makes me think it's probably an oversight. Likely we got the K-TERA drop tables, and they have different strongboxes there or something like that.
