Whats the Error Code:112? Daily EMP purchase limit?

I try to top up the second 12000 EMP but it says there is a limit? So is that limit of EMP top up is 12000 EMP/day?

Comments

  • There is a purchase limit, but it might be different if you're also a new account. It seems like it might be an anti-fraud control.

I would try waiting a bit and trying again, or perhaps trying a different quantity or payment method.

I think so, cuz so far none of the solutions for online can fit this problem, I tried a different browser like FF or Edge not work at all. If that's so I really want to know what the period of anti-fraud control for new accounts.

I would contact Support if you're continuing to have the issue. If I can make a wild guess, it may be for a few weeks, because sometimes what some fraud accounts do is try to make a whole bunch of purchases with a stolen credit card, and then a few weeks later it gets charged back. So that's why companies like EME tend to have these sorts of limits for new accounts. If you contact them, they may have a procedure to loosen the limits, but not sure.

the old limit was 12k a day but it should have been changed to 60k a day a while ago

Okay that makes sense, I already send two tickets one with that Error Code 112 and another one with my account informs, hope it will get feedback soon, and thanks for that explanation bro.

That would be good, but I just did 12000EMP tho...should be like the anti-fraud counterpoint said before.

It is almost certain that this is actually an authorization but not a charge (probably listed as a pending transaction, however your bank does that), and will probably clear in a few days automatically because it wasn't actually captured. For things like Address Verification and CVV2 verification, that's usually how it works.

Of course if the charge actually does end up sticking talk to support and they'll reverse it, but 99% of the time I've seen this, it was just an authorization (but if you're using a debit card, it will "withdraw" the money temporarily until the charge disappears and the money is returned a few days later).

id say it stuck as what made me notice was when the EMP arrived it was double , but i can live with it no need in my case to get suport involved , more a heads up for others that couldnt

Okay, are you sure it was the same error number as this thread, or might it have been a different number? It seems weird that it would give you a purchase limit error, but actually give you the EMP anyway.
