To those with vm7, how is the new vm proc compare to the old vm proc in pvp?
Also the cd on last mercy, 2 min was it?

    New VM proc is not even noticeable.
    Old vm prov is broken and win games.

    Old proc is a free stun the other lowers crit resist you do the math.

    It doesn't, old VM was actually good in PvP, new one is the worst passive I've seen on a weapon during my time playing this game.
