    The whole problem is that it's literally "no one's job" to fix it. I mean, maintaining these merchant contents isn't in anyone's job description. They were created by other teams in other past eras, and there's no one on staff who does that anymore (except if BHS tells them to specifically, or if it's part of a new event). If they could just delete all these merchants, I suspect they would, but they think it's better to leave them "unmaintained" because they still serve some purpose to some people.

    If it were actually "someone's work", it'd get done (like other tasks that are people's assigned responsibilities get done). But management won't assign the task to anyone, so no one is accountable for it. That's why I/we keep having to beg for someone to volunteer, unless someone can convince the new program manager that they need to take responsibility for it.

    (For Fashion Coupons, I am tempted to ask them to eliminate them and ask BHS to give us the same fashions that K-TERA has available for vanguard rep, because a) it'd mean one less merchant on EME's plate, and b) we'd get the full selection finally. But that would require BHS to do work for this, and if there's any group likely to care about us less...)

    I'm not trying to be hopeless, but it's not for a lack of trying to bring this up.

    Upon hearing stuff like this, I'm nothing short of amazed that we're hitting 7 years that this game has been around. Any other product being this mismanaged most likely would've gotten the axe at this point (insert MMO here).

    Someone doesn't seem to understand that happy players are constant players. Happy players are paying players. And if they want (more of) us NA players to spend money, both BHS and EME need to get their a**es in gear.
