EU vs NA Pros and Cons

Hello everyone,

I was playing Tera for a long time (~1200h) on EU. I stopped playing 3 years ago and just came back to EU, but...
on EU population of PvP players is very small now. 3 years ago queue time for battleground like Frywind Canyon and 3vs3 was 2-5 minutes max. Now... after 1h i don't get a single battle:(
I'm not interested in PvE, I just love battlegrounds and wanted to play it, but on EU it's impossible now. What is situation with battlegrounds on NA? How many ppl play it and how long you need to wait in queue?
It's the most important thing for me, but what are other pros and cons? For sure I will have big ping on NA, but I need to test it today.

Please don't flame in this thread, I want to know as much as I can before I will spend time to grind on NA.

    NA is still pretty popular for FWC and 3's , however on EU my ping would be around 30-40 on NA my ping is 120-170 (it fluctuates heavily for no reason sometimes) but on about 2 servers max i'd say are pretty active, most other servers are like ghost towns.

    Ahhh... I didn't thought about timezone:( I'm playing 18-24 GMT +1, so it will be 10-16 PST. How much ppl play on NA in 10AM to 4 PM every day?
