Ping Spikes WTF?

Randomly getting ping spikes of over 500 ping making it unplayable at all.

    My ping seemed fine but I just did a HM dungeon I do all the time and struggled. My heals were not landing and things felt way off. I rebooted my PC thinking it may be something on my end. We'll see.

    Lag spike strikes again as we speak.
    Guess won't doing any dailies at the moment.
