Just a general question. Is anyone else out there getting turned away from Tera due to the Adventure Coins being added?
Not sure if it's just me, but I'm wanting to play Tera less now since I'm constantly running out of Adventure Coins to run dungeons with. (pvp sucks rn, so not fun to do on the side). I'm constantly switching my focus to other games, which I hate to do. Hoping they do something about this soon >.<

This. There's a lot of fun stuff to do besides dungeons, like fishing and then alt-tabbing while your character on-screen fishes for you, or idling in town doing nothing, or walking around the empty, dead world where nothing's going on, or grinding the same recolored BAM to raise your level half of a half of a half of a percent. Lots of great, fun options besides PvE dungeons, even for someone who doesn't enjoy PvP!
OP is so silly! Why would you come to tera, a game known for its amazing combat, expecting to experience its combat? I for one, come to an action MMO to fish and idle around town doing nothing. You'll be fine, OP! When your adventure coins run out, just E.R.P or something!
This is why I don't understand why they insist on making it so punishing to gear alts these days. The system the way it's designed could have been a way to push people back towards alts (as the game used to), but people are so scared off alts now due to gearing costs. If they could add a system that eases the cost of gearing alts after you reach thresholds on your main, then people might actually consider it worthwhile to have alts again and could make better use of their coins. But right now telling people to play an alt when they see that mountain of cost is not very realistic for most people.
