    There is a trick behind this achivement after he gets below 20% he gets an invinsible debuff which reduces his KD recistance for a few seconds this is your window to strike. If you fail to do so you need to reset the dungeon because he wont gain this debuff again.

    For those still trying, I've just done it on my Lv65 Valkyrie with a random weapon (Purging Runeglaive) I think I got it whilst doing another achievement in the catacombs.

    I got him low enough for his first clone to appear and made sure which one was which, then separated them so I could attack the real one without killing the other, then I spammed Spinning Death (I used my Ragnarok form too when it came available, which made spamming it much easier) did it on my first try this way.
    tried for 4 hours + any other way.

    going to try Kaidun next.
    edit; finished Kaidun on the second attempt. Had to use an even lower level weapon (Anxiae) he gets down to 20% then I turned on Ragnarok and spammed Spinning Death. Probably would've worked the first try, but my weapon killed him too quickly.

    I knocked down mutated kaidun when he was below 20% and still didn't get the achievement, it seems to be broken.
