New launcher stuck

Well I did what the devs said and using Steam patched Tera, now new launcher is stuck in updating sitting a 32% and a very slow move up is this normal?

    Yes, because it's having to check all of your games files. It will be very slow at patching for the first time but its insanely fast after that.
