Is anyone else experiencing this bug?
I wasn't sure where to ask this, so I apologize if it's in the wrong category. Ever since the latest patch I've had a bug where my elite perks ui bar is flashing. I can't drag anything from it and have to right click repeatedly until it finally recognizes. The flash is so quick it's almost like a strobe effect and is starting to hurt my eyes.
I sent in a support ticket about this but the general reply was "we don't know how to help you, so we're closing the support ticket, thanks for caring enough to send one in", and left me to deal with the issue on my own, so I thought I'd turn to the forums and ask for help. Any advice is welcomed and apprecated.

Someone is going to suffer a friggin' seizure sooner or later, be it from this, the cape/scarf glitch, or the other cape/scarf glitch (where the textures strobe when they overlap, e.g. the ice cape against any of the premium silk dresses).
