"Starting Tuesday, July 9 at 3 a.m. PDT, and continuing until Tuesday, July 16 at 3 a.m. PDT, you’ll earn increased gold and reputation rewards by completing Vanguard Requests."
Now 5 a.m PDT and double gold still didnt start.
