if you have 500 ep is "ep attack" worth it?
Like damage wise, is it worth putting it in to any skills? I tried 99 ep on a skill but it didn't seem to increase damage too much so im curious, is it worth it?

As I understand it, EP damage is a flat increase not enhanced by any damage scaling.
Ergo, it's generally not worth your focus. If you have extra points left over, that might be the only reason to invest in EP skills.
Depending on the class, because some have really limited ep to spend, you will start investing into ep attack simply because there's nothing else. Like sage said it's just flat increase so it's minimal.
ep attack is useless ... use EP point for cdr .
No. it is not worth. EP Attack is completely useless, no matter how many points, class, etc.
