returning player. mountains of green quests I cant turn in nor delete?
I tried pressing H but none of these quests are there. I cant delete these quests. What is the deal with these quests? They say "Vanguard Intiative" "Claim your reward", but there is no way to claim my reward or remove these quests. What happened? This is very confusing.

Green quests are daily quest that are turned in at NPCs. So you need to find where the NPCs for them are. (Look for the friendly green stars on your map or check the quest description.)
They are listed on the daily tab of your quest log, if you want to really delete them. Or check if it lists where the NPC should be.
EDIT - Just to avoid confusion, I mean the green on the map quests. That also have green quest titles. They can be easily confused with vanguard quests, which also have that on the quest tracker. My apologies if this is also a case here, just the other way.
