Why are people to lazy to read their skill descriptions??
Title says it all, I'm naturally curious what to expect when getting a new move so when I make the character I read down the skill "tree" (or list in teras case) but this one time I was lvling my lancer in a dungeon run and the Lvl 55 sorc didn't even know what BoC did...

try to teach stuff to players if you see something wierd awkward (like the new ninja's who never use focus or dps warriors in def stance) and hope it helps them get beter at the end of the road ;3
Some people are enjoying how the game looks more than the game play and just do not care until much later on in the game
Reason two:
Some people believe it all about how you look rather than max Damage. Take Female Castanic Warriors doing a back flip just to barrel roll, sooooo much more important than silliness about what does max damage
Reason three:
Some people play for the socail aspect of MMO's, I know it is silly that some people enjoy the company of others those foolish mortals.
Reason four:
Wait this game has tool tips, who knew
Reason five:
Why do people make these threads?
Nah but, I mean a lot of us have been guilty of it...When I first made my reaper, I didn't know that you could press shadow burst a SECOND time to pull enemies closer to you & knock'em down. Ever since then I have been 100% more observant and now read all my skills on my other classes...I still think that a lot of reapers don't know this to be honest I barely see others use it;;;?
For me, I can't work my way through town with verbal instructions of a simple "left" "right" "etc". I don't do street signs. If someone tells me to go West through town, I'll look at them completely blank.
I go by picture. By visuals.
I know my skills by how it looks, what's chained with it, and where it's placed on my bar... And I won't lie when I say I still look up the names of skills on my Reaper because of that. It's just how I work.
because you use boc, instead to use the skill name of burst of celerity
Mystics dont know how important their crit aura is, even more now than before, and dont even get me started on mystics and priests not glyphing their TN and VoC for endurance debuffing
Lancers dont debilitate
Zerkers dont overcharge
Archers dont use veliks mark or get in a stance
Slayers dont get OHS reset glyph so they sit through the painfull animations that they have... It hurts even me when i watch them
Sorcs dont use any skills what so ever. Except fireball and the occasional hailstorm (and BoC fireballs, good god)
NInjas dont use focus
Brawlers dont use Growing Fury
Reapers dont use shadow reaping, and if they do they keep doing the same rotation as they always did because they dont know what the skill does
All of these problems can be fixed if people just took their time to read a simple skill description and looked at their glyphs, but i guess theres really no need for that anymore since skills are automatically put on your skill tray and glyphs can be automatically assigned. I have no idea what a glyph build on any class looks like if you press that button, but i cant imagine its pretty
People can call me whatever they want, but please.. Proper crystals and ccb. And read your skills. Please.

You think that's bad? I was called an elitist because i asked a mystic to cleanse a debuff off of me. :proud:
i know i made a joke saying reading is hard, but there's some leeway i think.
