Formal Request to Add On Ice to Wintera
So we have had the winter events for a while, but they don't include the busted parse consumable that many are out of or never had to use, this is a make or break for some parsing, and should be more readily available being as its one of the only parse consumes we have in the region, please add them to tokens or add an event we can farm for them before season end. I was told you have to ask Krafton for permission so please ask for us

Adding it to Wintera this year is probably out of the question due to timing of the holidays, but it's probably worth asking the broader question about whether this particular consumable is supposed to be available in our region going forward and how it's supposed to be obtained.
Any chance the footsteps from Wintera store might be added to the Santa Toy store even last-minute? Sucks that there wasn't a realistic way to get them this year. Icemaker ones look really nice
