Hello good afternoon with everyone, I have a problem that 1 week ago the game starts to disconnect me, I thought it was for my poor internet of 15 Mb, but I played with that connection for 2 years, without any problem now I said to myself same, maybe I need more internet, thinking that it was my slow connection the problem, but in no other game disconnects me only in the online tera, I changed my connection to 30 Mb, but the problem persists, I can play other titles, like Dota 2, fornite, online atlantic, metin 2, rakion, and more games, but in the only game that disconnects me it is in the Tera online, in no other game does that happen to me or I feel lag, use the option of the LAUNCHER, repair / then RUN DIAGNOSTIC / and I get everything OK, but where Ports says it shows the following ad: PORTS: CAUTION - your network connection may affect game performance
