Trader - Same price but different?

I just noticed something weird and I was wondering what the explanation was (assuming it isn't a bug).

Today, I put five strongbox keys on sale on trader from trader in Highwatch - The five keys were put on sale at the same trader. I wanted 2725 gold for each of them.

Few hours later, Iogged in and notice that my five keys had been sold. But here is the trick: Four of them were sold for 2997.50 (trader took 272.50 fee) and one of them was sold for 3133.75 (trader took 408.75 fee on this one!)

Anyone knows what happened? Why trader took a higher fee for one of these items?

    It have to do if the person have Elite status or not, elite status have brokerage fee of 10% while non elite have a brokerage fee of 15%
