Lvl 65 how to get the rings

hey, just finally reached lvl 65 im so excited, but was curious about when I look at other players when they are lvl 65, they have these strange rings around their class logo when I go to dungeons or join a party with them. I just wanna know how do they get them? do they have to achieve something in any event or quest or something cause Im quite curious on how they get the silver and gold rings around their class logo's as if they're amazingly powerful when their lvl 65. I really gotta know how to get one of those. it looks so interesting to have.

    These are achievement laurels, you get them by doing a fraction of the available achievements. This includes most achievements you'll find listed in your V tab, except those under "Special", which do not count for laurels. In this V tab you'll also find how much points left you need to unlock the next laurel (in order, Bronze=>Silver=>Gold=>Diamond=>Champion).
