impossible to play :(, and support won't answer me :(

hello guyz!

here's my problem, i could play perfectly well few weeks ago, and then i had a small problem on my comp which didn't work for a few days and when i got it cleared and wanted to go back to tera, boom it ALWAYS crashes before even be started.

so i sent a ticket to the support, no answer

few days later i thought "ok i did everything they suggested on the report bug thingy but it didn't work so i'm just going to delete and reinstall"

which i did!

and now it works. only on my reroll, my main character crashes on the chargement page.... so i updated my ticket. it's been more than a week and they still don't answer. double you - tee - eff?
i don't know it's really weird to me, do you guyz have/had the same problem and can you usually get help from the support? :(

i wanna play T_T

  • It says on the support page that answer time is 7-14 days. Don't expect quick replies.

  • I had some issues with the game when I downloaded with Happy Cloud, uninstalled and reinstalled with full direct download and it prompted me to install some components with C++ and stuff which solved the problem

    If Rinari's idea doesn't work, then it's likely your character is bugged and needs to be moved. Especially if it's the only character on your account to be experiencing the issue.

    I know it sucks, but you'll have to be patient and wait for a ticket response. :anguished:
