Bad Instances on Hungry Caverns Dungeon *Can't Complete Quest*

I'm trying to complete the Fraya's Faith quest in the Hungry Caverns. I have to complete the Golden Labyrinth dungeon. My party was teleported into the dungeon, but it was completely empty, no enemies of npcs. It's happened multiple times after rejoining the dungeon. I cant continue until this is fixed. Is this happening to everone else?

    It's a known issue happening over the entire game in every instance and even in the world right now. (ALMOST) everyone is having this problem.

    Well I just saw a thing that said dungeon maintenance is occurring in a few minutes so hopefully it gets fixed.

    WELL GREAT, because I had to force quit TERA, I now have a dropout penalty. So if the maintenance ends before thirty minutes is up, then I'm wasting time. I wanna watch my characters butt will fighting bosses. It's sexy. FIX THE DUNGEONS.
