    You mean the hair clipping through hats? Is not gonna be fixed. This is an intended side effect of some hats that let your hair clip through them. Personally, i do not mind it, since i like some hairstyles on the races, but the tied up hair that some hats give you to avoid clipping is plain horrible.

    Intended side effect? I wouldn't use the word intended.

    It's been an issue for a long time, but when you realise most hats don't do your character justice you consider it a kindness ;)

    If that hat was made after the original Tera team left, then I'm sure it was an unintended bug and lack of full testing and troubleshooting. I'm seeing such clipping errors in other head wear as well. Usually in newer head pieces.
