Game client doesn't work

Hello guys! I just downloaded game and when I pressed Play button I got Fate of Arun loading logo, then it disappear and nothing else happend, I can click Play button as many times as I want and it will repeat again and again. I know this is common problem but any of discussions I red helped me... I tried few things:
- synchronize windows time
- give all of exe files admins permissions

    Restart your computer and try again. This usually works for me when that bug happens.

    Still nothing, again Fate of Arun logo dissapeared and nothing happend

    Reset your router and network and try again. It might take a bit for your computer to connect.

    Noone is going to solve your problem here, reinstall or repair the whole thing.
    Disable everything that it might cause some problems with tera.
    Send in a ticket.
