Total crit power with cruxes and VI crit power scrolls: 2 + 1.38 + 1.2 + 1.7 + 1.38 = 7.66

Total crit power with niveots and VI crit power scrolls: 2 + 1.44 + 1.26 + 1.78 + 1.38 = 7.86

That's 2.6% more damage, I really don't see an issue with new players choosing to use these instead of paying like 8k for such a little increase in damage.

why cry for im lost crux for no use cb because im dont wont used niveots? yea, because im can used wrathful crux is more op , because im dont need crit for pouding, .......... crit is life anyways

if someone say me someting im only say "why am dont geared cuxes, the are cheap, and brawler dont need pro palyer for used niveouts"

To mind, my comment was not aimed at OP. I know he wants the crystals for a character that's not max level, and I understand that the whole rng this game tosses our way can be overwhelming. I'm just trying to weight the pros and cons of having all fine cruxes sold at the VG shop.

Back when Nexus was a thing, stuff like ccb was pretty much unheard of, so when making those events I could often hear people say to use common shop crystals. Not even pristines. Common stuff. Now ccb is common and because of that, the most a death can give you is a lost dungeon entry if the rest of the party wipes. If not, just a bruised ego. Heck, even part of the utility of dyads was rendered useless with ccb around. I say this because if someone can obtain the best crystals for his class, there's nearly no excuse to not have them on always(or replace them with "cheaper cruxes because of cheap"). I'm also saying this because I'm trying to wrap around the idea of a level 65 player wasting 100 VG credits on a crux if they can use a niveot. That is, if all fine cruxes were available for sale. Again, not OP's case.

I mean, if a player is diligent and pays attention when leveling from 60 to 65, they will also complete the vanguard quests and obtain a fair amount of credits when they reach 65. Enough for one or two niveots. If they read the welcome screen when logging on, they will know which crystals to get, and combining those with what the story itself give, they can have pretty much a BiS crystal setup before even getting their first DN gear.

This is just my opinion and me thinking while writing. So forgive me if what I said makes no sense.

don't be one of those idiots that jacks off over a niveot having like .04 more crit or defense. it's not a big deal to use cruxes and if you care that much about them, I will just assume you are THAT bad at the game that you need the extra .04 crutch that niveots provide.

I frequently tell people who complain about the cost of "getting proper crystals" to use cruxes, as they are cheap/easy to acquire and the difference is negligible (especially considering that they are extremely unlikely to be able to put the higher critpower of niveots to good use). The best way to acquire a lot of cruxes in a hurry is to hunt the level 58~59 bams around Seeliewood, Vale of Spires or pretty much any of the areas surrounding Elenea. Once you've got a decent amount, start fusing them together like crazy until you get the ones you actually want.
