Ninja are to OP
It seems that on my main "Brawler" no matter what i do in any of the 65 instances Ninjas an Reapers are stealing aggro it horrible in Demonkron Factory when they take aggro an then drag Prius all over dropping pools all over the place. It doesnt matter if I run a Threating Crystal or not nor does it matter if I use my Aggro skills. It seems these players dont know when to back off so the tank can do their job. I have had people QQ an say some nasty things if I dont run a threatening crystal. Sad thing is I am running 3. 1 nivot an 2 Zyrsk an it let me be the first to say it doesnt matter. They really need to nerf the Ninja's for this reason as all it does is seem to cause problems for the tank.
I have almost decided to give up on my tank an go DPS for this very reason. Either Buff the Brawler an Lancer or nerf the Reapers an Ninjas.
P.S. the reaper skill effects need to be dealt with as they do cause a HUGE drop in FPS in Instances..

I main a brawl and i dun have any difficulty in keeping aggro from ninjas.
If you are doing 300k/s and the ninja doing 1m/s, ofc they will be able to steal aggro from u. Kindly look at urself and find out wat u did wrong, instead of finding faults with the classes
Running Wrathful, pounding, threatening Carving as a guide suggested. Now I will admit i am a noob to tera but have played my share of mmo's like this. I have also tried Wrathful, pounding, carving and focused Which lets me hold aggro about the same in instances now in party with a friend of my who mains a warrior he cant pull aggro even if he tries. I am running a master-worked slaughter set as of today but before i was in a properly spec'd out Deadnaught set with attacks gain % aggro and increase damage by % to target with most aggro towards you. On them an in that set I couldnt hold aggro if i stopped attacking an went to block waiting for a Heal then i lost aggro even though the Brawler Block does return damage.

Dude I have played a Ninja. Those damn things attack like nothing else in game. Though there damage is smaller than a brawler the amount of damage is more. As they attack faster than a brawler. Attack Speed on a Ninja is one hell of a lot fast than a brawler so are reapers. They can attack an cast faster than 90% of our animations ESP. Haymaker. So do tell even with your damage 300k from Brawler and 100k from ninja well the ninja gets like 5 hits to one of ours therefore they do 500k to our 300k which makes since Ninjas are DPS where as tanks are tanks They are supposed to hold the attn but thats the problem these ninjas dont know when to back off. Or then are to OP an need to be nerfed or Denerf the brawler. Simple
sometimes there are attacks that can't be blocked entirely with frontal defense (such as vera's onslaught attack). in these cases, it's completely fine to hold down block, but brawler does not revolve around tanking this way.

Imo, atm Ninja is more broken than brawler after all the nerfs that's for sure.
I'm very skilled sf+15 Slayer and a same skilled/geared ninja can beat my dps by as much as 70% wtf, this is just insane and one of the reasons that i'm taking a break from this game (my class/every other dps is just obsolete now and i'll not play this elin locked broken trash).
Tera's comunity is weird af, do ur guys remember all the crying we got on a weekly basis on gunner/brawler release? I don't see that happening with Ninja and nothing coming from BHS like that 1 year+ full of nerfs that Gunners got.
Anyway, @op, ninjas're broken af but it's ur fault for not holding aggro.
Sadly aggro skills are a bit useless if the person isn't trying to dps. Dps from a tank equals more aggro generation and multiplies very heavily throughout the fight. The less dps, the more it will decay depending how the dps is from the party. If I'm right, Brawlers don't have aggro glyphs thus they need to dps a lot to keep aggro. Lancers have some aggro glyphs (such as shield barrage and counter) and I feel it's easier to keep than brawler. Still though, lancer has to dps. When you have high set of skilled players on the party, usually the tank has to keep up his/her rotations as best as possible.
