The game isn't able to deliver 5 catalysts at a time. Expect additional parcels to get your catalysts one at a time.

We had feedstock and alkahest issues going into this patch. Feedstock issues were addressed with the ongoing event where you get a chance at bonus FS when killing bosses. Alkahest was addressed with the strongbox event we had last weekend, which saw a higher jackpot chance than previous events of its kind. Giving us enough FS and Alkahest to +12 our gear, or in many cases awaken to +15.

By the jackpots in this Kyra event it looks like it's serving to help make a few other things easier to obtain; innerwear (purchasable at T8) and other goodies that help with spellbinding, master working and re-rolling jewellery.

Then there are titan ember/eases to help with etching, semi enigmatics, spellbind and more alkahest to be won, along with cosmetic accessory pieces.

With the way Spacecats explained the removal of catalysts at the events end, you can only conclude they intend for the injection of all of these materials to be immediate and to make future events fairer on those who weren't playing in previous Kyra events, to horde catalysts. I don't see how that's a bad thing.

You were right to an extent though. Money makes the world spin round, but don't be naive in thinking that there can't be other motivators when doing events or anything for that matter.

except it's not going to be an injection of those alk/feed/spellbind you mentioned because the chance of getting those will be insanely low with gazillion accessories it will be a "who got more tiaras contest"

(trying to laugh a bit here and cheer) and yes event for feed and jackpot for alkahest was great, but the way i see it they gave us previous kyra and we got used to boxes, now they are degrading that to almost nothing, for example if you do your job at a certain level then your perfomance gets low wouldnt your boss be angry or even fire you? and i have seen all posts in both forum topics 90% of the players want them back, well isnt it valid listening to your community and make it happier? if not for us then who is the game made for? and we are not askig something unrealistic we are asking for something they already provided in the past, it was their idea with the boxes, ofc we are gonna expect something we like

Haven't gotten any compensation for the lack of a catalyst in that SSHM we did (not too long before my previous post on page 8). Did a DFHM with no catalyst just now.

You glazed over the part where I mentioned how it also keeps it fair the next time we get Kyra's since everyone starts at zero catalysts. Though I do agree with you, but with the other two events to address alk & feed, I consider this only to be a bonus if anything.

What is wrong with this kyra event:
1-So if i do a SSHM and i get the same thing if i do WH,ABHM or SSNM is just stupid the difficulty of these dungeon is enormously different
2-1 kyra per dungeon, what are you serious? if i want farm 5 kyra i need like 1h for farm ONLY 1 TRY
3-10K/5K reward points. So now tell me how someone T0 can spend this credits also for ppl who don't have t6 or more is just worthless maybe the solution for this is give reward exp with the 10k and 5k (10k points and 50k of reward exp 5k point and 25k of reward exp)
4-too much things, you have like maybe the 10% OR LESS to find something good and if is that slow for farm kyra this make the jackpot REALLY REALLY low drop change
I hope EME guys change these things

im saying this because this is the only solutions.. not to what you say but to kyra event.
solutions:
blue boxes,emp/elite vouchers back. reduce the useless stuff by half

Mind explaining how is this exactly fair with 1 catalyst per HM dungeon and some low chance per normal run?
Or better yet, how is this exactly fair against those players who just swipe?

If anything the option to buy catalysts through emp should be removed, then i would say its fair, otherwise your point about people hoarding catalysts from events before is moot, as anyone can open up their wallet and get tons of catalysts.

Sorry but its hard to see this event as anything then trying to make people swipe, by lowering the ammount and chance to drop catalysts.
