Can't find my character..
Uhm hey there everyone!
I've been away from Tera for like 3 months or so and I just came back to this huge update.. to find out that I can't find my characters Lol
You see, I made 2 Tera accounts because I couldnt afford slot expansion; and on the 2nd one I made a gunner & a brawler.
I logged on my main acc and everything's cool, but then I logged on the 2nd one and my characters are gone.. xD
This is my main account & the chars I have in here are all Lv65, but the ones on the 2nd account were lowbies;
When I was still playing, I added my gunner, which is Lv48, to my main character's friendlist (in this account) and it still appears in there BUT the character itself just isnt on the account, it's completly blank .-.
I only registered two different emails/facebooks in Tera so I know for sure I am logging on the current account and not on a third one..
Can someone help me? xD And just in case my memory is really bad, is there a way to find the email registered via the character's name?
Oh btw server is HW.

You really made sure you were in the character selection screen of HW and not other server?
edit: send in support ticket using the account that has problem
